- Uniforms for Technicians: Friendly technicians in uniform, with picture IDs, will work on your system. Arriving in clearly marked, and clean, company service vehicles, they will be sure to communicate with the customer on-site to leave a positive first and lasting impression.
- NICET Certification: We require that all employees, within the first year of employment, obtain at least NICET Level 1 certification. This third-party certification verifies that we are qualified to troubleshoot and work on your systems.
